  • 2lb. package hash brown (thawed)
  • 1/2 c melted butter
  • 1 c cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 16oz sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 c melted butter

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together

Bake at 350 for half hour (45 minutes if cold)
Put topping on last 15 minutes
