Ingredients
- 3 LB flank breast, flank bones, etc
- 3/4 C barley (fine if possible)
- assorted soup greens (carrot, onion,
- celery, parsley, tomatoe)
- S & P
Preparation
Step 1
tie assorted soup greens in cheese cloth
add abt 10 glasses water, S & P & flanks
bring to boil (removing brown foam)
cook 2 1/2 - 3 hrs
remove soup greens
stir from bottom as sticks to pot
