Beauvais Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 6oz can lump crab meat
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 T parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 t Worchester sauce
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1 C seasoned bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients but crumbs together in bowl. Form into patties and dip in bread crumbs to coat. Fry in oil over medium heat until browned.
