    can 8 oz whole kernel corn, undrained

    can 15 oz kidney beans undrained

    jalapeno pepper seeded and diced

  • 1

    can diced tomatoes with green chillies undrained

  • 1

    can stewed tomatoes undrained

  • 1

    envelope taco seasoning

Directions

Coat crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cheese, beef, corn, beans, jalapeno, tomatoes with chillies and stewed tomatoes. Cover; cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 3 hours or until done.
