Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie shell, 9"
- 4 eggs, divided
- 1 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla; divided
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and salt. Blend at medium speed. Pour into shell and sprinkle the pecans on top. Combine 3 eggs, corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar & 1 tsp vanilla and mix at medium speed. Pour this mixture on top of pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
