Step 1

In a pitcher mix 1 1/2 c simple syrup, 1 1/2 c mint leaves and 6 limes cut into wedges. Muddle all this. Then add 2 c light rum and mix. Then pour into tall glasses about 2/3 full and top with Champagne. TRIED 02/15 AND OK
