Ingredients

  • 3/4

    c. plus 2 tbsp. water

  • 2

    tbsp. margarine, softened

  • 2 1/2

    c. flour

  • 1/4

    c. sugar

  • 1

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    tsp. bread machine yeast

  • Cinnamon Filling:

  • 1/3

    c. sugar

  • 2

    tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 2

    tbsp. margarine, softened

  • Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1

    c. powdered sugar

  • 1/2

    tsp. vanilla

  • 1 - 2

    tbsp. milk

Directions

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except filling, 2 tbsp. margarine and filling in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough/Manual cycle. Grease 8 x 12" pan. Prepare Filling. Flatten dough with hands or rolling pin into rectangle on lightly floured surface. Spread with 2 tbsp. margarine; sprinkle with Filling. Roll dough up tightly; pinch edge of dough into roll to seal. cut roll into 1" slices. Place in pan. Cover and let rise in warm place 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until double. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to wire rack. Drizzle Glaze over warm rolls.
