Slow Cooker Ground Beef and Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
- Mix:
- 1 medium chopped onion in
- 1 lge cabbage
- 2 pds ground beef, uncooked
- salt,pepper, cajun seasoning to taste
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 jar (24oz) Ragu
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Put half of cabbage in slow cooker, put half of ground beef mixture over cabbage, add seasonings, repeat x 1 (save some cabbage to top). Pour 1/2 of Ragu mixture over top add cabbage over top, press down 7 sprinkle w/more seasonings. Cover and cook in 4 quart slow cooker for 3 hours on low, stir and cook til done
