Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce or your own
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Dip chicken into egg then bread crumbs, coat thoroughly. Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken until done and browned on both sides. Pour sauce in a 9 x 13 baking dish, place chicken on top of sauce, top with cheese. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
