Rhubarb Cake

I love this cake. Aunt Virginia used to make this for me.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 yellow cake
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together rhubarb and sugar. Let set until cake is mixed.
Mix yellow cake according to directions. Put n greased 9x13 pan. Spoon rhubarb over cake. Drizzle whipping cram over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
