8 peeled apples
1/2 C Granulated sugar
3/4 C Water
1 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Put ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil. Turn heat back to simmer and cover 15 to 20 minutes. When apples are soft, mash with potato masher into desired consistency.
