fudge ice cream topping

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg semi sweet choc chips
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 2/3 evaporated milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 cups confectioner sugar

Preparation

Step 1

combine chips and butter in saucepan and cook over low heat until melted
gradually add sugar and milk, blend well
increase heat and bring to boil. gook, stir constantly for 8 min
remove from heat
stir in vanilla and salt. serve warm
store in fridge
makes 5 1/2 cups
