Ingredients
- 2-10 oz. pkg. frozen brocolli
- 2 cups slicked cooked chicken or 3 chicken breasts cooked and boned.
- 2-10 1/2 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 teas. curry powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded ( 1/2 cup)
- 2 tabl. parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook brocolli acording to pkg. directions in salted water till tender; drain. Arrange stalks in greased 12x 7 1/2 x2 inch baking dish. Layer chicken on top.
Combine soup, mayo, curry, lemon juice, and cheeses. (I put more parmesan on top). Bake 350 degrees about 35 minutes or till heated.
