Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick salted butter
- 2 heaping tbsp Hershey's cocoa
- 1 running over tsp vanilla
- Optional 1/3 cup diced pecans
Preparation
Step 1
0. Preheat the oven to 300.
1. Beat 2 eggs with a cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of flour. Add 1/4 tsp salt.
2. In a microwave, melt 1 stick butter and the 2 tbsp hershey's cocoa.
3. Add the cocoa mixture to the eggs and stir it well. Add the vanilla and stir it also. Add nuts now if wanted.
4. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Set the loaf pan into a pan of water and sit the whole thing into the oven.
5. Cook for 40 to 50 minutes until top is crunchy.
