Ingredients
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in bite sized pieces
Preparation
Step 1
- Mix buttermilk, garlic and paprika,(+ 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper if desired) in bowl
- Place chicken and marinade in resealable bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour and up to overnight, turning occasionally
- Cook on grill or in oven at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until meat thermomether reaches 165 degrees.
