Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine/butter
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 2 boxes lemon pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup confection sugar
- 3 Tbl cool whip
- 1 can crushed pineapple

Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter and flour to form crust. Press into oblong pan. Bake at 350 until brown.
Mix lemon pudding and milk and set aside. Mix cream cheese and confection sugar and fold in cool whip. Spread over crust. Put pineapple over cream cheese mixture then top with lemon pudding. Refrigerate. Before serving top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts or shots.
