  • 2 26 oz jars of sauce
  • 1.5 lb Ground beef
  • 1.5 lb italian sausage
  • 9 Lasagna Noodles
  • 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 8-12 oZ Ricotta Cheese
  • Parsley, Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat, drain and add sauce & Italian Seasoning.

Mix Cheeses, Parsley, Salt, Pepper & Eggs.

Layer 1/2 cup Sauce
3 Noodles
1/2 of the Cheese Mixture
1 Cup Sauce
3 Noodles
1/2 of the Cheese Mixture
1 Cup Sauce
3 Noodles
Remaining Sauce
Top with Parmesan Cheese & Mozzarella Cheese.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes covered. Bake 10 minutes un covered. Let set 15 minutes or more before cutting.
