Ingredients

  • 2 3 oz pkgs orange gelatin
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water (or juice from fruit)
  • 1 small carton of whipped topping

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Make gelatin according to package directions using the water and juice
Refrigerate till completely jelled
Break gelatin into pieces with fork
Add oranges and pineapple and whipped topping
Mix and put in lightly oil 6 cup mold or regular bowl
Refrigerate several hours
Unmold or serve directly from bowl
