Ingredients
- 1 T. melted butter, plus more for the pan
- 1/2 c. ricotta
- 1/4 c. chopped basil
- 3 T. honey
- 1/4 t. finely grated lemon zest
- 1/4 t. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. granola
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 3 nectarines, cut into 1/2" thick wedges
- 6 oz. blackberries

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter an 8" square glass baking dish.
In medium bowl, mix ricotta, basil, honey, lemon zest and vanilla.
In another medium bowl, mix granola, coconut, and butter
Arrange nectarines in the prepared dish and scatter with blackberries.
Dollop with ricotta mixture and sprinkle with granola.
Bake until top is golden and fruit is bubbly, 20 minutes.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
