Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 9 inch graham cracker crust

Step 1


Beat eggs until fluffy, then add remaining ingredients. Blend well.

Spoon into crust.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Chill. Top with whipped cream.
