Ingredients
- 3 C oatmeal
- 1 C flour
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 4 T butter melted
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c raisins optional
Preparation
Step 1
mix flour salt and soda
add cinnamon and oil to melted butter, then add sugars. stir together.
add eggs, then add vanilla. add in flour mixture and stir.
scoop out in 3 T portions, flatten ball with wet hands.
375% for 10 mins
