Ingredients
- Stir in the following:
- 1 3/4 oz box sugar free Jello Cheesecake pudding
- 1 cup milk
- Mix together well.
- 1/2 can 15 oz solid pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 tsp cinnamin
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- fold in 1/2 8 oz container fat free Cool Whip
- serve immediately or keep in covered container.
