Peach Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine peaches & water in a large sauce pan. Cook over medium-heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat, cover, & simmer for 10 minutes or until tender; cool. Combine peaches & remining ingredients in container of electric blender. Process until smooth. Chill.
