  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
  • 6 cups whole kernel or shoe peg corn

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients. Beat eggs with a fork. Stir in whipping cream.and butter. Gradually add sugar mixture, stirring until smooth; stir in corn. Pour mixture into lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until mixture is set. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
