- 1.5 oz Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
- .75 oz Oloroso sherry
- .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .75 oz Ginger Syrup*
- 1 tsp Orange-ginger marmalade
- 3 to 4 dashes The Dead Rabbit Orinoco Bitters

How to make the McGlashan Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
