Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. chopped pecans
- 6 Pillsbury Grandss..frozen mini cinnamon rolls with icing (13.5 oz. bag)
- 1/3 cup vanilla ice cream
- 3 Tbs. caramel topping
- 2 Tbs. butter or marg.
- 2 icing packets from bag of cinnamon rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x4 in. loaf pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan. Place cinnamon rolls on microwavable plate. Microwave uncovered on Med., (50%) 10-15 seconds. Rolls should still be cold for easier handling. Cut each roll in half. Arrange roll pieces evenly over pecans. In sm. microwavable bowl, microwave the ice cream, topping, butter and the contents of the 2 icing pkts. uncovered on High (1-2 min.), stirring once, until melted. Stir until smooth, pour over rolls. Bakes 22-25 min. or until biscuits are golden brown and no longer doughy. Meanwhile, line cookie sheet with foil. Place foil-lined sheet upside down on loaf pan of rolls; carefully turn over. Leave loaf pan over rolls 1 min. Serve warm.
