  • 4 (3 lb.) racks of ribs
  • grated peel from 2 large oranges
  • juice of 6 oranges
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 qt. catsup
  • 1/2 c, cider vinegar
  • 1 h c. prepared mustard
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 oz garlic
  • 1 1/2 oz. celery salt
  • 1/2 oz. black pepper
  • 1/4 oz. cayenne pepper
  • dill pickle juice or water

Preparation

Step 1

Bake ribs for 45 minutes and drain off grease. Mix a11 other ingredients except dill pickle juice or water. U sejuice Of water to thin sauce. Pour sauce over ribs and continue baking until done, turning ribs in sauce every 5 minutes, in slow oven. Yields 6 servings or 12 appetizers.
