BARBECUED SPARERIBS WITH ORANGE GLAZE

Ingredients
- 4 (3 lb.) racks of ribs
- grated peel from 2 large oranges
- juice of 6 oranges
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 qt. catsup
- 1/2 c, cider vinegar
- 1 h c. prepared mustard
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 oz garlic
- 1 1/2 oz. celery salt
- 1/2 oz. black pepper
- 1/4 oz. cayenne pepper
- dill pickle juice or water

Preparation
Step 1
Bake ribs for 45 minutes and drain off grease. Mix a11 other ingredients except dill pickle juice or water. U sejuice Of water to thin sauce. Pour sauce over ribs and continue baking until done, turning ribs in sauce every 5 minutes, in slow oven. Yields 6 servings or 12 appetizers.
