Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded & chopped
- 2 cups nonfat cottage cheese, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, process all ingredients until smooth.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week.
