Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups plus 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup fesh orange juice
- 3/4 cups plus 2 tbsp simple syrup
- 1 pint fresh blackberries, juiced (about 1/3 cup), plus more for garnish
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 4 mint sprigs
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, stir together 1 1/4 cups lemon juice, orange juice and 3/4 cups simple syrup. Set aside. In another small bowl, stir together blackberry juice, 1 tsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp simple syrup. Set aside. Put ice cubes in blender, add lemon mixture and using ice crush feature blend at high speed until smooth. Put 1 tbs of blackberry puree into each of four glasses. Pour in lemonade and garnish each with a mint sprig and blackberries.
