Rolled Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C Butter (softened)
• 2 C Sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 5 C Flour
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl cream together Butter & Sugar.
Add Eggs & Vanilla

Gradually add (mixed together) Flour, Baking Powder & Salt

Chill for 1 hour. Roll to 1/4 -1/3 inches thick.

Bake 400 for 6-7 minutes
