Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. beer
- 3 lg. onions
- oil
- salt to taste

Step 1
Combine flour and 1 tsp. salt; stir in beer and beat until smooth. Let batter stand 3 hours. Separate onion rings into rings; dip in batter; fry. Sprinkle with salt; place un a 200 degree oven until ready to serve.
