Ingredients
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pound frozen edamame in the pod
Preparation
Step 1
Heat salt, chili powder and pepper flakes in small dry skillet over medium heat, stirring until hot and aromatic, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and crumble in the oregano.
Boil the edamame pods until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain in colander and pat dry. Toss with the chili-salt and serve warm.
Makes 4 servings.
