  • Tomato Slices (de-seeded)
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • fresh basil leaves
  • Extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Slice tomatoes and fresh mozzarella slices. Alternate slices of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a serving dish. Sprinkle with olive oil. Serve.
