Ingredients
- 3 lbs ricotta
- 8 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 yellow cake mix
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the cake according to the directions on the box, pour into a greased and floured 12x15 pan. Nothing smaller
Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour down the middle of the cake mix. Bake at 350 for 3/4 hour. Remove and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, return to oven for 1/2 hour more.
