Swiss Chard with Garlic and Parmesan

Ingredients
- 2 large bunches Swiss Chard, rinsed with the toughest 2/3 of the stalk removed
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp Parmesan,freshly grated

Preparation
Step 1
1. Roughly chop the clean Swiss chard leaves into inch wide strips
2. In a large non stick skillet with cover over medium heat , add olive oil and when shimmering, add garlic and the crushed red pepper, saute for about 1 minute.Add chopped Swiss chard leaves and cover for 5 minutes. Then flip the leaves over and cover again for another 5 minutes. Taste the Swiss chard, if done add the kosher salt and butter. Swiss chard dust with grated parmesan and remove to serving dish
NOTE; if the Swiss chard looks dry when checking at the first 5 minutes, add 2 tbsp water
