Spicy Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli cut into spears
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer broccoli covered in an inch of water for 5-7 minutes, until tender. Drain,; heat a skillet on high; add oil, pepper and garlic. Turn broccoli in oil, season with salt.
