Queso Blanco Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Land-O-Lakes White American Cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 C milk or half/half (adjust to desired consistency)
  • 1 can Rotel or regular green chilis

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into pot & simmer slowly until melted. Add more milk for thinner dip, less milk for thicker.
