Peanut Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 C flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp sald
• Mix above
• Cream
• 1/2 C shortening
• 1/2 C peanut butter
• Gradually add 1/2 C sugar
• 1/2 C brown sugar.
• Add
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all well. Blend in dry ingredients gradually.
Roll in sugar and bake 375 degrees for 8 min
