  • ¼ Cup yellow cornmeal or ½ cup rolled oats 114 grams
  • 2 Teaspoons Yeast 10 grams
  • 2 1/2 Table spoons Honey 36 grams
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt 7 grams
  • ½ cup milk 115 grams
  • ½ to 3/4 cup water 115- 172 grams
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 28 grams

Preparation

Step 1

1st rise 1 hour in bowl
2nd rise 1 hour 15 minutes in loaf pan
350 degrees 40-45 minutes
190 degrees on IR thermometer
