Ingredients
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl
- add yeast, sugar, butter and mile,
- knead to a soft dough (about 10 minutes)
- Cover and let double (about an hour)
- Cut dough in two or four pieces of the same size
- Weave
- with 4 braid: make pieces about 12"
- Put two ends together and two ends together
- Put the first roll on the left across the second roll on the right
- then, put the first roll on the right across the second roll on the left
- continue till end
- Let double again
- Before baking, brush with yolk
- Bake 45-55 min at 400 degrees
