Wenda's Tahini Salad Dressing

Dressing used on chopped kale and quinoa salad.

- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all together in a bowl with a small whisk. Thin with more lemon juice or water if necessary.
