Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 pie shell, lightly baked

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and sugar together until very thick.

Add corn syrup and vanilla and beat until well mixed.

Fold in nuts and spread in pie shell.

Bake on middle rack of a pre-heated 325 degree oven for one hour.
