Ingredients
- 2 ounces cheese, cut into postage size pieces 14th
- inch thick, about 16 pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Place the cheese around the surface of a dinner plate or
round cooking dish on the 4" rack and cook on high for 2
minutes or until most of them are brown. Take care
removing the plate from the Nuwave because it will be
hot. Lift the cheese crisps off the plate transfer to a paper
towel to cool and become crisper or just leave on the
plate until hard and cool. Store in plastic bags and
refrigerate until used.
