Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Uncooked Bow Tie Noodles
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbs. Margarine
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 8 oz. Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter and olive oil until tender. Add broccoli and salt; cook over medium high heat for 8 minutes. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2-3 minutes turns pink and broccoli is tender. Drain pasta; transfer to a serving bowl. Add the broccoli and shrimp mixture; toss gently. Sprinkle with Parmeasan cheese. Yield 4 servings.
