Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup salt
• 4 t cream of tartar
• 2 T oil
• 2 cups hot water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and cook in a teflon coated pan until mixture forms a ball. Add tempera paint after cooking and knead until play-dough begins to cool and tempera paint color has been blended.
