Ingredients
- 1 box shells
- 2 eggs
- 2 lbs ricotta
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tab dried parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, stir in ricotta, 3 cups mozzarella , 1 cup parm (locatelli) and parsley
Fill each cooked shell sauce in bottom of pan and on top of shells, top with remaining mozzarella and parm.
Bake 350 degrees. 15x10x2 pan
Cook till hot and bubbly 45-60 mins
