  • 1/2 Cup oil
  • 1 Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in blender - then blend on high for 30 seconds. Steam chicken for approximately 25 minutes (till almost done). Spoon sauce over hot chicken and refrigerate until ready to grill. Baste with extra sauce while grilling.
