Ingredients
- 4 avocados, roughly mashed
- 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp jalapeno peppers, finely diced
- 1/2 lime, juice squeezed out
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mash avocados with a fork leaving some in big chunks. Add remaining ingredients, mix to combine and serve with whole wheat tortilla chips or vegetables. Also can use for fajitas, cornitas, burritos etc.
