Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can sweet peas, drained
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans cut asparagus spears, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar Cheese Whiz
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Mix in mushroom soup and Cheese Whiz. Heat until melted.

Place peas, asparagus and water chestnuts in shallow casserole dish, Pour cheese mixture over vegetables.

Tops with Ritz cracker crumbs.

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
